About VanderSure
VanderSure opened their doors in January 2024. Founded by Walter van der Wal and Nuttarut Kitpowsong which have both had a long career prior to VanderSure in the insurance industry. Walter started his career at Pacific Prime (largest insurance broker in Asia) in Shanghai, China to which he was relocated to Bangkok in 2017 to set-up all operations for Pacific Prime. Later in 2020 he moved on to Rabbit Care and then in 2022 to AA Insurance Brokers (Part of Alliance group), then in January 2024 VanderSure was launched :)!
Nuttarut and Walter met each other at Rabbit Care where they successfully set-up the international insurance department. Nuttarut also has an extensive insurance background, with the likes of LUMA Health, FWD Life Agent and Sunday Insurance (Thailand).
“Vander” is a boy’s name of Greek origin, meaning “good man.” It is also a common name in Europe and Latin America in the modern era, as well as a part of Walter’s last name. We are also playing with a word pronounced in Thai as “วันเดอร์” (“Wonder”), which denotes a feeling of great surprise and admiration, and “Wonderer,” referring to someone who has questions. How complex is the insurance terminology?

VanderSure’s management have combined more than 16 years of experience in the industry. Both are extremely passionate about insurance (yes really :)) and more importantly Simplifying our client’s lives by serving them as like they are our friends and family!

Our founders Walter and Nuttarut are young and vibrant, but also full of experience as mentioned per above. This is resulting in great knowledge of the current insurance industry, and with the current boom in technology and information sharing, this will become our main pillars of the company.
